× This is a simple example of our solar system.

It shows the relative dimensions of the sun and the planets. The relative dimensions of the objects are real. The relative distances between the planets are also real. But the absolute dimensions and distances are of course not real. The data is taken from wikipedia (diameters and distances from the sun).
The blue ovals show the magnetic fields. Their dimensions are not real.

The green so called "habitable zone" shows the area in which life as we know it may exist because water can be in its liquid form there. Even thought this doesn't mean that life may exist elsewhere in our solar system - for example on a Jupiter moon.
